Vertiveyor
Vertiveyor is a fully automatic system, designed for lifting or lowering unit laods. Our Vertiveyor is ideally designed to convey and elevate a wide range of products such as boxes, cartons, bags , drums , pallets or other heavy components . The fully automatic system combines vertical escaveyor with inbuilt infeed and outfeed discharge conveyors and ensures dual operation on the same unit. An automatic control module regulates varying feed rate . It also ensures automatic load discharge.
Air Sweep Systems
Air sweep system is used for quick and uninterrupted flow of bulk materials. It can be used for concrete , hoppers , silos , chutes , conveyor transfer points , screens , feeders etc for granular and fine material as also for dense and entangled materials . It installs from outside and easily retrofits to any application. Air sweeps can operate in temperature above 900 F. It is cost & energy efficient. It starts and moves very fast . It ensures � first in� � first � out� controlled flow, restores full bin capacity . It is safe and non-damaging to vessel . It works on low air consumption . Its design is non � jamming .
