  • Masyc Ring Granulators are manufactured based on time tested proven technology.

  • Function: Masyc Ring Granulators are used for crushing coal. The crushing takes place as soon as material is dropped in the feed opening. The material is struck by the multiple rings which are driven by the rotor discs in direction towards the breaker plate. The rings are mounted on the suspension bars and when the rotor is set in motion, centrifugal force brings the ring straight to crush the material.

    Thus material fed to the machine is crushed and discharged through the cage bars or screen plates located after breaker plate thereby easing out the load and allowing thereby the feed to be encountered once again.

    Single tooth rings / plain rings / double tooth or combination of both types of rings are used to meet the particular crushing condition required.

  • Application: Masyc Ring Granulators are mainly used in thermal power plant for crushing of hard coal.

  • General feature: Masyc Ring Granulators are of rugged structural design, easy maintenance, high throughput and low wear.

  • Hammer head made of chrome alloy cast steel or manganese Steel depending upon application.

  • The grain size of the product can be altered by adjusting the gap between hammers and the breaker plate. This can be done on the top as well as in the bottom

  • The rotor shaft is of forged steel.

  • The throughput capacity is based on Coal having bulk density 0.8 T/ Cu. M.
