Non Reversible Hammer Crusher

  • Masyc Non Reversible Hammer Crusher is manufactured based on time tested proven technology.

  • Function: Masyc Non Reversible Hammer Crusher is used for size reduction/crushing. Material is broken first by impact between hammer and material and then by a scrubbing action (attrition) of material against breaker plate.

Size reduction starts by impact, when the hammer strikes the materials as it enters the crushing zone. Shattered fragments are swept down into final crushing zone for further reduction at the pinch points between the hammers and the breaker plate. Oversize material remains in the machine until it is reduced sufficiently to fit through the hammer and breaker plate opening.

This crusher is available with adjustable cages, a feature that permits the user to make changes in the product size of the crushed product. The tighter the clearance between breaker plate and hammer, the smaller will be the particle size of the crushed product.

  • Application: Masyc Non Reversible Hammer Crusher is used for hard coal, lignite, limestone, gypsum and other soft and medium hard material.

  • General Feature: Masyc Non Reversible Hammer Crusher is of rugged structural design, easy to maintain high throughput and low wear.
