Masyc Smooth Double Roll Crusher is manufactured based on proven technology.

Function: Masyc Smooth Double Roll Crusher is used for fine size reduction / crushing. Material is crushed by high pressure. Two rollers are driven and draw the material into the crushing gap. The maximum feed size is goverened by the angle of nip diameter of the smooth roll, the setting and coefficient of friction.

Application: Masyc Smooth Double Roll Crusher is used for coke, coal, lignite, limestone, gypsum and ore.

General Feature: Masyc Smooth Double Roll Crusher is of compact design, easy to maintain, high throughput, uniform material with less dust generation.

The material is crushed only once when it passes through the gap. The percentage fines are much less.

It produces more uniform material than any other crusher having reciprocating motion.
